Tredwell helps organizations understand, improve, and steward the places they care for.

From both sides of the table:

Matt Tredennick is a licensed architect and facilities planner with more than two decades of experience helping organizations understand, improve, and care for their buildings and campuses.

His background includes leadership roles in architecture as well as facility planning, capital improvements, standards development, project implementation, and regulatory coordination. Having worked from both the owner and consultant perspectives, he understands not only how projects are delivered, but also how facilities are operated, maintained, and stewarded over time.

Matt's work is grounded in a simple belief: the best projects begin with understanding what a place is, what it needs, and how it can evolve thoughtfully over time.

Stewardship of Places

Meaningful places deserve thoughtful care.

Tredwell works with schools and other organizations to understand existing conditions, evaluate opportunities, and guide improvements that support long-term goals. Services include facility planning, building assessments, capital improvement planning, project development, permit coordination, and owner representation.

The focus is not simply on completing projects, but on helping organizations make informed decisions about the places entrusted to their care.
